Project APEX is an upcoming modular vehicle-systems overhaul designed to bring simulation-inspired driving mechanics to GTA V — featuring decoupled ignition and electrical states (Ignition ≠ Engine), progressive ADAS driver assists (ABS / TCS / ESC), simulated battery voltage, and class-tailored mechanics.
